I heard fear

Connection

The Healing Place

Inside

The Energy, alive

Within

Nature

Foods to heal

True medicine

A heart of hope

Feeling full of love for life

Passion

Inspiration

Regeneration

It’s all in your possibility

Do not give up.

If you hear Fear,

Ask it, “why?”

Question it’s every move

Get to know it

Then follow it home

Wherever it leads,

It’s just energy, your energy

Fear’s power is your power

Turn it into what you need.

What you want to see

What healing can be.
