Fruit can be a Friend
DON'T be afraid to eat fruit. In fact, you might want to consider focusing on it for a while.
Fruit is a cleanser
It's so easy to digest
It clears obstructions
And helps the body do what it's designed to:

Fruit has made a huge difference in my healing journey, and I believe it can be a game changer for many wanting to detoxify and regenerate their bodies. It's full of phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids...etc., and the water in fruit is soooo hydrating!
If you've been avoiding fruit try to incorporate some in the mornings . Fruit for breakfast is an awesome way to start reintroducing fruit and support your body in continuing the fast/cleanse/repair mode that it's in during the night while you sleep. If you can extend it to fruit for lunch too, great! For those who want more cleansing and detox benefits, try a 1-3 day fruit cleanse, or a longer fruit diet if you are ready and have support (you may have detox symptoms as fruit helps pull out toxins and acidic waste).
Keep in mind there are always exceptional circumstances where one may need to take it easy on the fruit. So seek advice from a professional or someone you trust who has experience with nutrition, cleansing/detox…Either way, remember, fruit can be your friend and Nature’s food is never something to fear!
