When the Internal and External Environment is Right, the Body will Heal Itself

We aren't taught this in our society
It's usually pharmaceuticals
Or some other quick fix that doesn't work
Then we give up and give into the suffering...
That's what I did for years.

I used to think my body was faulty
I didn't have faith that it could recover
I was sick for a long time...chronic illness then cancer
My body has come a long way
I know now, it knows what to do
I give it what it needs
Help it get rid of what it doesn’t.

Your body can shed and renew too
Expel and regenerate
It's a master at what it does
To keep you alive
Help it
Trust it
Believe in the possibility
You can feel good again.
